Kitchens
Each floor has communal kitchens which are equipped with a sink, a refrigerator (on certain floors only), a stove, ovens, and microwaves.
Bathrooms
Each floor also is equipped with communal bathrooms, with sinks, showers, and separate toilettes.
Telephone
Each room is equipped with a direct telephone line and voice mail. After buying phone units from the administration, residents can make and receive calls directly in their rooms.
On the ground floor there are also two public payphones.

Laundry
The laundry room is located on the ground floor and offers three washers and three dryers. Tokens may be bought at the reception.
Wi-fi
There is wireless internet service throughout the Fondation des Etats-Unis. Residents may sign up for a login and password to use this service.
